Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@glinkluxe.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 24β48 hours.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
